Executive Coaching supports human resources (HR) and senior management executives in becoming confident, courageous leaders. Executives who have progressed through our long-term coaching program feel empowered to take their career to the next level, and in turn, inspire others to follow suit.
We use telephone, Skype or face-to-face communication to provide:
- one-on-one executive coaching for current and aspiring leaders who seek to elevate their executive presence, enhance their own career, and improve organisational performance
- coaching to existing teams to improve their collective capacity and performance
- supervision of internal coaches seeking to maintain self-awareness, and support in managing difficult coaching situations.
Executive Presence Index
As certified partners of Bates, we can assess senior and future leaders using the ExPITM (Executive Presence Index), the first research-based, validated assessment tool for measuring executive presence and influence.
This comprehensive, online assessment tool provides leaders with feedback on how they are perceived in the workplace, and critically, how they see themselves. The assessment results in a series of actions for the individual to execute, that are specific, practical, and relevant to their business goals.
We support participants in analysing and interpreting the post-assessment data and the actions that may follow.

This workshop is delivered using the Bates Executive Presence Index (ExPITM) and guides senior leaders and high-potentials toward building presence and influence in the workplace.
